Jeff Farris
President / CEO
Jeff Farris was the founder in 1997 of e2 Communications, a provider of email marketing communications infrastructure. As President and Chief Executive Officer, Mr. Farris led e2 Communications to become the recognized technology leader with a global customer base of over 400 customers. e2 Communications was sold in 2001.
Prior to e2 Communications, Mr. Farris was the founder in 1988 of Saber Software Corporation, a developer of network systems management software. Under Mr. Farris’ leadership as President and Chief Executive Officer, Saber Software ranked number 26 of Inc. Magazine’s list of Fastest Growing Private Companies in 1993. Mr. Farris led Saber Software to a successful initial public offering in 1994 and positioned the company to become the industry leader for network systems management products according to IDC. Saber was acquired by Network Associates (McAfee) in 1995. In 1994, the year prior to its acquisition, Saber Software reached $20 million in worldwide annual sales.
Mr. Farris has also served on various boards of directors and assisted with numerous technology startup companies. Mr. Farris has a Bachelor of Science in Computing and Information Sciences from Oklahoma State University.
Saffie Leedy Farris

Saffie Farris was one of the original founders of BubbleLife.com. In 2002, BubbleLife.com was the first online community site for the Park Cities neighborhood in Texas. Park Cities is the name given to the combination of the towns of Highland Park and University Park located in a “bubble” within the city of Dallas. Together, these cities share a common school district. Through BubbleLife.com, Mrs. Farris pioneered many of the core concepts in online communities, including the importance of mothers as a driving neighborhood demographic and the need for an extremely tight and positive hyperlocal focus. Initially BubbleLife.com featured reporting local events and encouraging online reader discussion. Over time, the website grew to include a regular email newsletter and local advertising.
Previously, Mrs. Farris served as the Operations Director of both iThink, Inc. and Webcode.com and played an instrumental role in the sale of these companies to Volaris Communications.
Mrs. Farris has a Bachelor of Arts from Southern Methodist University.
Tim Hamick
COO
Tim has a diverse background in entrepreneurship, technology and financial markets. His previous roles have included Executive Vice President as Head of the Clearing Services Business Unit at Southwest Securities, Managing Director of the Broadcort Division at Merrill Lynch and Executive Director and Senior Vice President at ABN AMRO. In addition, Tim has started, run or advised numerous technology startups in the fields of Google Adwords, online gaming and advertising.
At ABN AMRO, Tim ran the sales, marketing and relationship management for their clearing and electronic execution business including the management of their equity execution services business unit. He was instrumental in the development of their software platform and in its sale to Merrill Lynch in 2004.
Tim has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Marquette University.
