Oak Cliff BubbleLife is the online home of the Oak Cliff community south west of the Dallas Central Business District. At one time, Oak Cliff was a separate town until annexed by the city of Dallas, Texas in 1903. To this day the Oak Cliff name continues to describe the rather large district of turn-of-the-century and mid-20th century housing and various historic business districts across the Trinity River. Oak Cliff is served by the Dallas Independent School System (DISD).
